Together you’ll define what health means to you and focus on sustainable behaviors and habits that can help you feel your best, while still letting you enjoy all of the foods and activities you love. Samantha practices evidence-based nutrition, but always combines her knowledge with your lived experience so her approach is 100% individualized.
Samantha will work with you to assess your current habits and relationship with food. Together you’ll define what health means to you, and then you’ll come up with goals and an individualized plan to accomplish them! Along the way, Sam will be your biggest cheerleader and supporter as you celebrate wins and tackle any challenges together.
Samantha has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa, as well as a Masters of Public Health (MPH) Nutrition from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She specializes in Intuitive Eating, recovery from chronic dieting/disordered eating, management of chronic conditions (such as diabetes and hormonal health), sports nutrition, and general well-being.
